Ingredients
Strawberry - 500 gm
Corn flour - 10 gm
Sugar - 100 gm
Cashewnuts - 10 nos
Raisins- 10 nos
Almonds - 5 nos
Milk - 1000 ml
Cream - 100 ml

Preparation
1) Boil the milk and reduce its quantity upto half.

2) Add sugar, corn flour  to the milk.

3) Add the cream to the milk and stir well. 

4) Boil, until the mixture is thick.

5) Remove from fire and allow it to cool.

6) Wash the strawberries and make a pulp. 

7) Add the above pulp, raisins, almonds and the cashew nuts to the thickened mixture of milk.

8) Transfer this mixture to a good vessel and keep it to freeze for 8 - 9 hrs. 

9)Garnish with strawberries.
