1,  Chicken   -1/2 kg
 2,  All purpose flour -1 cup            
 3,  Large Egg                           -2              
4,Seasoned bread crumb -2 cup            
5,Shredded Parmesan cheese -½ cup          
6, Butter 2
7, Vegetable Oil   -2 tsp

1.      On a hard firm surface, lay chicken cutlets in between two layers of plastic wrap and pound thin and even with mallet.

2.      Whisk egg and place in a small mixing bowl

3.      Mix the bread crumbs and shredded Parmesan cheese in a small mixing bowl.

4.      Place flour in a separate small mixing bowl.

Breading the Chicken:

a.      Dip each chicken cutlet in the flour bowl to evenly coat the chicken, dust off excess flour.

b.      Dredge the floured chicken into the bowl with the whisked eggs and drip off any excess egg.

c.      Coat with just enough bread crumbs and Parmesan mixture to evenly coat the chicken.

d.      Repeat this process for all chicken and lay flat on a baking sheet.

5.      In a large saute pan heat butter and oil over medium heat.
6.      Add the chicken cutlets to the oil and butter and saute the chicken on both sides (2-3 minutes per side) until a golden brown color is obtained.

7.      Cook chicken all the way through, serve hot and add “Liquid Love” tomato sauce as desired.
