To prepare mouthwatering nostalgic ripe mango curry that all malayalees cherish to taste

Sliced ripe mangoes - 5 numbers

Slit green chillis - 5

Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon

Tamarind Powder -½ teaspoon

Cumin seeds -½ teaspoon

Curd -1 cup

Coconut -1 cup

Water – 1 cup

Red chillis halved – 2

Salt - as required

Sugar-1/2 tablespoon

Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves – 1 sprig

Mustard seeds – as required
Add chilli powder,Tamarind powder, salt, green chillies and water to ripe mangoes and boil it .grind
coconut with cumin seeds to paste .add this to the boiled mango and add curd .only heat it do not
boil.And then add sugar and stir. Heat oil in a skillet and add mustard seeds. When they burst add red
chillis. Add this to the curry. Mix it with the mango and keep it covered.leave it for sometime.when the
curry leaves lose the green colour the dish is ready to use.
