Ingredients

1  Brinjal 1

2  Elephant-foot yam ¼ kg

3  Drumstick 2

4  Snake gourd ¼ kg

5  Ash gourd ¼ kg

6  Coconut oil ¼ cup

7  Salt to taste

8  Red chili powder 1 tsp

9  Turmeric powder ½ tsp

10  Raw mango 1

11  Coconut 1

12  Green chili 20

13  Cumin seeds 1 tsp

14  Coconut oil, curry leaves as desired

Preparation

Cut the vegetables into strips of equal size. Cook well adding salt, turmeric powder and chili powder. Add a tablespoon coconut oil, and when the vegetables are cooked, put peeled mango pieces into it. Grind coconut, green chili and cumin seeds into coarse paste and add to the vegetables. When the vegetables and coconut are mixed well, add coconut oil and curry leaves and remove from fire.
