Ingredients

 

1  Egg 4

2  Capsicum 1

3  Ginger paste ½ tsp

4  Garlic paste ½ tsp

5   Chopped onion 1

6   Chopped red chili 4

7   Vinegar 1 tbsp

8   Tomato 1

9   Sugar 1 tbsp

10  Salt to taste

Preparation

Hard-boil egg, remove the shell and cut into two. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped red chili. Add chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste and sauté. Add tomato and cook it to a paste. Then add vinegar, salt and sugar. Pour a little water and cook for some time. Add chopped capsicum into it and remove from fire. Spread out egg on the serving plate and pour the gravy over it.
