Ingredients |
Fleshy fish 1 kg
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Ground green chili 4
Salt to taste
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Egg 2
Bread crumbs 100gm

Preparation |
Cut fish into thin slices. Grind to a paste turmeric powder, garlic, mustard, pepper powder and green chili with a little vinegar. Marinate fish in this paste for 10 minutes. Dip this in beaten egg, then sprinkle bread crumbs and fry.
