Fish cutlet

Fleshy fish cooked and mashed 2 cup

after removing from bones

Finely chopped onion 1 cup

Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp

Finely chopped green chili 2

Pepper powder ½ tsp

Tomatoes (small) 1

Turmeric powder a pinch

Mashed potatoes 1

Salt to taste

Coconut oil as desired


Heat oil in a pan and put turmeric powder, ginger, onion and green chili and sauté. Add finely chopped tomato to it and sauté again. Then add the mashed fish and mix well. Sprinkle pepper powder and mix thoroughly before removing from fire. Also add the mashed potatoes and blend well. Add salt to taste. Roll it out in desired shape and dip in egg white. Sprinkle bread crumbs over it and fry in hot oil.
