Fish with spinach

Spinach 50 gm

Fish 50 gm

Grated coconut 1 tbsp

Green chili 1

Mustard 1 pinch

Refined oil 2 tbsp

Garlic 2 cloves

Turmeric powder 1 pinch

Small onion (cut round) 2

Curry leaves 4 stalks

Salt to taste


Cook fish with salt and remove the flesh from the bones. Grind to a paste coconut, green chili, garlic and turmeric powder. Finely chop spinach. Heat oil in a pan and burst mustard. Sauté small onions and curry leaves. When sautéed well, add the paste.

Cook for three minutes, then add spinach and stir well. If needed, add enough water and cook. Add the flesh of the fish and stir well and remove from fire.
