Prawns and mango curry

Cleaned dry prawns ¼ cup

Chili powder ½ tsp

Mango pieces 1 cup

Grated coconut 1 ½ cup

Green chili 2

Onion 4

Garlic 2 cloves

Turmeric powder 1 pinch

Salt to taste

Coconut oil, onion, curry leaves,

Mustard, fenugreek to season


Mix mango pieces and prawns with chili powder, and salt to taste and cook in a pan. When the mango is cooked, add coconut, green chili, onion, garlic and turmeric powder ground to a paste. When it boils, season with onion, fenugreek, mustard and curry leaves in coconut oil and remove from fire.

Note: If the skin of mango is thick or bitter, remove the skin before using.
