Meat 500 gm

Coconut 1 piece

Small onions 1 cup

Green chili 4

Ginger 1 piece

Meat masala 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Mustard seeds, salt, curry leaves as desired


Cook the meat and finely cut it. Chop onions, green chili, and ginger. Heat oil in a pan and burst mustard seeds in it. Then sauté curry leaves, onion, green chili and ginger in it. Add ground meat, grated coconut, turmeric powder, meat masala and salt to taste and stir well. Cover the vessel and cook it well. Open the lid after 15 minutes and dry it out.
