Meat 500 gm

Onion 250 gm

Potato 200 gm

Green chili 10

Ginger 1 piece

Meat masala powder 1 tbsp

Egg 2

Bread crumbs as desired

Oil as desired

Curry leaves, salt to taste


Method of preparation

Cook the meat well (if the meat is one which cooks fast, you can steam-cook it). Grind the meat to a paste in a mixer or cutlet machine. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Powder dry bread or rusk.

Finely chop ginger, onion, green chili and curry leaves. Sauté them in a pan. When the onion becomes golden brown, sprinkle the masala powder and remove from fire. Beat egg white.

Knead the ground meat, potatoes, masala mix, with salt to taste. Roll the mixture to balls and spread them out in desired shape on the palm of the hand. Dip it in the beaten egg white and fry them.
