Ingredients

Beef ½ kg

Crushed ginger 1 piece

Green chili 2

Chili powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

Pepper powder ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Onion 1

Green chili 3

Curry leaves 2 leaves

Crushed pepper 1 tsp

Mustard 1 pinch

Maida 2 tsbp

Bread pieces ½ cup

Dalda or any oil ½ cup

Preparation

Cook the beef adding ginger, green chili, chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and a little water and remove from fire with a little extra water. Then separate the beef and its stock.

Tear out meat pieces. Finely chop the onion and also green chili, ginger and curry leaves. Heat oil in a pan and burst mustard seeds, then sauté the finely chopped ingredients. And also add the beef. Sprinkle the beef stock occasionally.

When the water is almost dried up, sprinkle maida and mix well. Then add the bread pieces. When slightly warm, roll into balls and slightly flatten it keeping on the palm and fry in hot oil.
