Dip-fried prawns |

Ingredients |
Prawns 200 gm
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 6
Pepper powder 1 pinch
Malabar tamarind 1 big piece
Salt to taste
Maida ¼ cup
Egg white of one
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp

Preparation |
Clean the prawns well and cook adding chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed ginger and garlic, pepper powder, tamarind and salt. Dry out the gravy completely and desiccate it. Beat the egg white well. Add maida, pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and water and mix it to the consistency of idli batter. Heat oil in a tawa and dip the prawns one by one in the batter and fry them.
