Prawns ½ kg

Chili powder 2 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1 pinch

Ginger 1 small piece

Garlic 4

Rice flour 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Vinegar 1 tsp

Coconut oil to fry


Clean the prawns. Grind ginger and garlic into separate pastes. Mix all the ingredients except oil and marinate the prawns in it for half hour. Cook the prawns in a little water.

Then fry the prawns in very hot oil. If not cooking in water, it can also be fried in very low fire.
