Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 cup

Oil, dalda or ghee 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Warm water as desired

Preparation

Sieve out the wheat flour. Mix well adding oil and salt. Make a thick dough adding the warm water. Knead well for five minutes and make it soft. Make small balls out of the dough and flatten them out. Put in a hot tawa and cook both the sides well. Lace them with oil or dalda when still hot.
