Wheat flour 2 cup

Ghee 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation

Sprinkle water and add ghee, to make a thick dough. Make small balls and make thick pooris. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Put the pooris into it one by one. If you press them into the oil using a spoon, the pooris will puff out. Then put the reverse side and fry until golden brown.
