Ingredients

Rava (sooji) 1 cup

Curd 2 cup

Oil 1 tbsp

Mustard ½ tsp

Urad daal (black gram) ½ tsp

Onion (big) (finely chopped) 1

Grated coconut ¼ cup

Salt to taste

Preparation

Splutter mustard and black gram in hot oil. 2. Sauté adding onion. Add rava and stir for two minutes. 3. Remove from fire and add curd. Add grated coconut and salt to taste. 4. Stir well after adding baking soda and steam-cook it pouring on an idli mould.
