Ingredients

Roasted rice flour 2 cup

Water ½ cup

Salt to taste

Ghee 1 tsp

Coconut 1 cup

Preparation

Knead the rice flour well adding hot water and salt. Also add ghee. Spread coconut over a piece of plantain leaf or idli mould and squeeze over it the rice dough, using an idiyappam squeezer. Steam it. Coconut could be sprinkled over or in between the dough while squeezing.
