Spinach cutlet |

Ingredients |
Spinach 250 gm
Potatoes 250 gm
Onion 350 gm
Green chili 3 tsp
Ginger a piece
Oil 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Egg 1
Bread crumbs 100 gm
Refined oil or coconut oil to fry

Preparation |
Finely chop the spinach and steam-cook it. Mash the boiled potatoes using a spoon. Finely chop onion, ginger and green chili and sauté them. Add spinach and stir well. Remove from fire and add mashed potatoes and salt. Stir thoroughly and divide this mixture into ten parts. Flatten them out into shapes of cutlet and then dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep-fry in hot oil.
