Ingredients
  1. Beef (cut into fine cubes)    500 gm
  2. Crushed garlic      3 nos
  3. Maida mixed loosely in water    2 dsp
  4. Cumin powder      1 tsp
  5. Chili powder      2 dsp
  6. Pepper powder      1 tsp
  7. Salt       to taste
  8. Tomatoes (cooked and mashed)    3 cup
  9. Soya sauce       1 tsp
  10. Chopped celery      1 tsp
  11. Chopped capsicum     2 tsp
  12. Onion cut to cubes     2 tsp
  13. Refined oil       1 tbsp
Preparation
Pour 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the beef and garlic, and fry them in low fire. Add onion to this sauté. Then add maida and soya sauce and mix well. Boil well adding the ingredients from 4 to 8. Reduce the fire and cook covering with a lid. Stir occasionally. When the gravy thickens, remove from fire. Add celery and capsicum and serve hot.
