Naadan chicken curry

  1. Chicken     1kg
  2. Chopped onion    ¼ kg

    Chopped ginger    1 big piece

    Green chili split to two   4 nos

  1. Turmeric powder    a pinch

    Coriander powder    3 tbsp

    Chili powder     1 tbsp

    Masala powder

    (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)  1 tsp

    Pepper powder    1 tsp

  1. Coconut     1

    First milk     ½ cup

    Second milk     1 cup

    Third milk     1 cup

  1. Vinegar     as desired

Cut the chicken to small pieces and mix it well with the second ingredients and salt. Heat the third ingredients and add vinegar. Mix that also with the chicken pieces and cook in a pan. Heat a tawa and pour oil. Sauté two chopped onions and fry it with some curry leaves. Pour this into the first milk.

Once the chicken is cooked, pour the second and third milk and boil. When the gravy thickens, pour the first milk and serve hot.
