Ingredients
  1. Cucumber pieces     ½ cup
  2. Salt       to taste
  3. Green chili      3
  4. Mustard seeds      1 tsp
  5. Grated coconut     1 half
  6. Buttermilk      ¼ litre
  7. Oil       2 tsp
  8. Curry leaves, red chili, mustard seeds  for seasoning
Preparation
Cook cucumber, adding enough water and salt. Grind green chili, grated coconut and mustard seeds together. Add this to the cucumber and when it is completely blended,add the buttermilk and stir well. When it slightly bubbles, remove from fire and season it.
