  1. Pineapple (not completely ripe) cut to small pieces  1 cup

    Turmeric powder       ¼ tsp 

    Banana (cut to small piece)      1

    Water         ¼ cup 

  1. Grated coconut       ½ cup

    Red chili        1

    Cumin seeds        1 pinch

  1. Coconut oil        1 tbsp

    Mustard seeds        ¼ tsp

    Finely chopped onion       1 tbsp

    Red chili        2

    Curry leaves        4 stalks

    Crushed mustard seeds      ½ tsp

Cook the first ingredients without overdoing it. Coarse-grind the second ingredients. Burst mustard seeds in some oil and then add the red chili and curry leaves. Sauté the onion. Then add the second ingredients and sauté again. Stir adding the cooked first ingredients. Add crushed mustard seeds just before removing from fire. The gravy should be thick.
