Ingredients
  1. Ripe pineapple     1
  2. Curd       1 cup
  3. Coconut      ¼ cup
  4. Turmeric powder     1 pinch
  5. Chili powder      1 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds      1 pinch
  7. Coconut oil      1 tsp
  8. Mustard, curry leaves, red chili   to season
  9. Salt, sugar      to taste
Preparation
Cut pineapple to small pieces and cook adding salt, sugar, turmeric powder and chili powder. Grind coconut and cumin seeds to a paste and add it to the above. When it boils add curd. Remove from fire and add the seasoning.
