Ingredients
  1. Tomato       4

    (cut vertically to 4 and cut again. Marinate this in salt for some time)

  1. Grated coconut     ½ cup
  2. Thick curd (not sour)     1 cup
  3. Fenugreek, mustard, red chili   to season
  4. Salt       to taste
  5. Coconut oil      1 tsp
Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Fry mustard, fenugreek and red chili in it. Remove it from fire and keep aside to cool. Add beaten curd to tomato. Grind coconut to a paste and add to this. Add the mustard, etc. to it.
