Ingredients
  1. Crab meat (cooked and removed from shell)  ¼ kg
  2. Mushroom (cut round)     ¼ kg
  3. Sweet corn (available in cans)    ¼ cup
  4. Maida        2 tsp
  5. Ajinomoto       2 pinch
  6. Mint leaves       2 stalks
  7. Coriander leaves      to taste
  8. Spring onion       4
  9. Milk        1 cup
  10. Butter        2 tbsp
  11. Salt         to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in a pan and sauté  spring onion and mushroom. Take out from fire when half-cooked.

Mix ajinomoto and maida in 8 cups of water and bring to a thorough boil. Then add the sautéed spring onion, mushroom, crab meat and salt.

Sprinkle mint and coriander leaves on top. Add sweet corn and when it thickens, add milk and remove from fire. Add soya sauce and serve hot
