Ingredients
  1. Basmati rice (washed and soaked for 20 mts)  500 gm
  2. Ghee        150 gm
  3. Garam masala       5 gm
  4. Ginger-garlic paste      75 gm
  5. Curd        150 gm
 
 
 
 
  1. Pepper powder      5 gm
  2. Salt        to taste
  3. Ginger cut to pieces      15 gm
  4. Green chili split in half     10 nos
  5. Cut onions       25 gm
  6. Crushed cinnamon, cloves     10 gm
  7. Cardamom powder      2 gm
  8. Fried cashew nuts, raisins     25 gm each
  9. Coriander leaves      to taste
  10. Hardboiled egg      5 nos
Preparation
Heat a pan and then pour ghee and put the split green chili, onion, ginger and sauté it. Then add garam masala and the ginger-garlic paste and stir well. Also add curd and pepper powder. Pour desired amount of water and when it boils add basmati rice and cook well. Add salt to taste. When the water is almost dried up, put the boiled eggs. Add crushed cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and cashew nuts and raisins. Add coriander leaves just before taking out from fire.
