A hot and tasty soup to brighten up a rainy day! This soup, made with pomfret fish, has a unique blend of spices, that is both nourishing and refreshi

 
 
Ingredients
01. Seafood Stock  - 300 ml
02. Lemon grass (chopped fine)  - 2 tsp
03. Kaffir lime leaf (a special type of lime)(chopped fine) - 2 tsp
04. Ripe red chillies (chopped fine) - 1 tsp
05. Celery (chopped fine) - 4 tsp
06. Ginger (chopped fine) - 1 tbsp
07. Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
08. Sugar - 1 tbsp
09. Salt - to taste
10. Pomfret fish (small, cooked pieces) - 25 g
11. Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Preparation
01. Boil the stock in a vessel.
02. To this,add the lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves, red chillies, celery, ginger, fish sauce, sugar and salt.
03. When it boils, add the cooked pomfret fish pieces and mix well.
04. After it boils well once, add the lemon juice, mix and remove the vessel from the flame immediately.
