An irresistible starter, with prawns as the main ingredient!

 
 
Ingredients
01. Prawns - 6
02. Coriander root (washed and cleaned) -150 g
03. Ginger - 30 g
04. Green chillies -20 g
05. Button onions -30 g
06. Makrut leaf (the leaf of a special type of lemon) -20 g (shredded by hand)
07. Salt - to taste
08. Sugar - to taste
09. Oil -100 ml
Preparation
01. Grind the coriander root, ginger, green chillies, button onions, Makrut leaf, salt and sugar to a fine paste.
02. Coat the cleaned prawns well with this paste and keep aside to marinate for four hours.
03. Carefully thread each prawn into a bamboo skewer and roast in a barbecue.
04. Baste often with oil during the roasting process.
05. Serve with sauce.
