Fish and vegetables make an unusual combination, but cooked the Arabian way there’s no way to beat the taste.

 
 
Ingredients

1. Tinned tuna - 1 tin
2. Egg (boiled and cut to small pieces)  - 1
    Spring Onions (chopped) - 2 tbsp
    Salad cucumber (peeled and chopped) - 1
    Red capsicum (chopped) - 1
    Celery (chopped) - 2 tbsp
    Bhaji chilly / jalapeno chilly (seeds removed) - 1

3. Thick curd    - 3 tbsp
    Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
4. Lettuce - a few
5. Pita Bread - 1

Preparation
1. Wash the tuna under running water and strain.
2. Mix  together the eggs, spring onions, salad cucumber, red capsicum, celery and baji chilly/ jalapeno chilly and add the tuna.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and curd, add salt to taste and black pepper powder. Add to the  fish – egg – vegetable mix.
4. Refrigerate and garnish with lettuce before serving.
5. Cut the pita bread to two pieces, open up the middle portion and stuff the fish filling. Serve fresh and cool.
