Ingredients

1. Cabbage (sliced) - 2 cup
    Garlic - 4 pods
    Onions (sliced) - ½
    Butter - 1 tsp
    Salt - to taste

2. Celery (sliced) - 1 tbsp
    Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

Preparation
1. Heat a pan and sauté the cabbage, garlic, onions, butter and salt together. Pour four cups of water and cook.
2. Cool and blend in the mixer.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Pour out to soup bowl and serve with black pepper powder and celery.
