Not only a kids` favourite, but elders` too. This desert is easy to make to hit any party.

 
 
Ingredients
01. Coffee powder - ½ tspn, Coco -  1 tspn, Sugar – 1tspn , Water - ½ cup 
02. Butter- 75 gms, Sugar (powdered)- 150 gms
03. Arrowroot biscuit – 1 packet
04. Pineapple (sauteed) - ½ cup
05. Cashew nuts mixed in burned sugar - ½ cup
Preparation

01. Mix items under 1
02. Mix sugar powder with butter. Add one spoonful coco- coffee water mix into it .
03. Spread in a tray the biscuit immersed in coco- coffee water mix.
04. Spread butter – sugar mix over it and spread pineapple plus cashew nuts over them.
05. Again spread biscuit, butter over, pineapple over it in many layers, cool it in fridge and serve.

To serve: 04 to 06 persons
